サイバーフロントは、『スナイパー ゴーストウォリアー【日本語版】』を2012年4月6日に発売する。価格は7140円[税込]。日本語版特典として、海外版のDLC（ダウンロードコンテンツ）“Map Pack”と“Second Strike”を収録している。
本作の特徴は、その名の通り“スナイパー”をフィーチャーしていること。プレイヤーは、優秀なスナイパーであるタイラー・ウェルズ軍曹となり、バスケス将軍が政権を握る南米トレノ島へと潜入することに。呼吸のタイミングや手ぶれ、そして気候といった要素が弾道に影響するので、一発の緊張感が高い、緊迫した狙撃戦を楽しむことができる。
