2013年11月28日、KONAMIは『ワールドサッカー ウイニングイレブン 2014』をWi-Fiクラウドゲーム機｢G-cluster｣ならびに「NTTぷらら ひかりTVゲーム」にて配信開始した。本作は、「FOX ENGINE」をベースにしたサッカー専用の新ゲームシステムを搭載。これにより、グラフィックやモーション（動き）が大幅に向上し、選手の表情やユニフォームの質感、ボールの動きやボディコンタクトにいたるまでを忠実に表現されている。サッカー日本代表をはじめとしたナショナルチーム（各国代表）や世界のクラブチームを、実写さながらの映像でプレーすることができ、ゲームへの没入感を高めてくれる。
