こんにちは。僕は本格的にバンクーバーに移るために、家財道具の整理をしています。しかし、家の整理もなかなか終わらないので、息抜きにSCEに行って来ました。

Hi. I am disposing of household goods because I will move to Vancouver in earnestly. However it’s hard work. Therefore I decided to visit SCE to relax.

品川の新しいオフィスです。いやー、大きくて新しいですね。
The new SCE office is at Shinagawa. It’s so huge and new!

そして、受付です。ぼんやり光ってますねー。おしゃれ。
This is a reception. SCE logo is giving off dim light. It’s cool.

もちろん、受付の近くには試遊台もあって、自由に遊べるようになっています。いつも思うんだけど、せっかく試遊台があるんだから、もっと自由に出入りしやすい感じにすればいいのにね。

Of course, you can play video game here freely. Every time I see this free play games I think the company should create atmosphere that anybody can walk in without hesitation.

会議室が◯△□×のイメージでデザインされています。おしゃれですなあ。

The meeting rooms which uses ◯△□× as motif. It’s very nice.

ところで今回はSCE戦士達の働きっぷりを見に来たわけですが、まず最初に訪問しようとしたPlayStation CAMPの山本さんは不在。想定外のことが起こったとか何かで、会社に帰ってこれなかったそうです。

Today I came to here to observe the working of SCE developing warriors. First, I visited Yamamoto-san who is working at PlayStation CAMP. (Sorry this page is Japanese only) But he was not at office. SCE tour conductor said, He couldn’t return to office because unexpected thing happened.

ま、そんな言い訳されても信じられないですよね。つぎは……

Well, I can’t believe such a excuse though:) Next is....

盛大な歓迎を受けて外山さんのところに到着。

When I got to Toyama-san I am highly welcomed.

重力少女のゲームが話題の外山さんです。外山さんの後ろにポスターが見えますね。グラビティーだぜ！というゲームです。PS Vitaで遊べるので興味ある方は是非。

This is Toyama-san who is director of gravity girl game. You can see the poster behind him. The game is called  “Gravity Daze (Gravity Rush)”. You can play this game by PS Vita. However this game has not released yet except for Japan.....

そして、社内にあるカフェでちょっと休憩。カフェの机も◯△□×なんですねえ。

And then, I took a break at cafe inside the company. There were ◯△□× tables.

ここに上田さんがやってきました。『人喰いの大鷲トリコ』のディレクターです。外山さんと2人でファミ通に載った『グラビティーデイズ』（グラビティーだぜ！）のクロスレビューを見てます。もちろん、この後、トリコを見せてもらいましたがー、何か言ったら殺されると思うので、秘密。上田さんの集大成的なタイトルになると思うので、今から完成が楽しみでーす。

And Ueda-san came here. He is director of “The Last Guardian”. They are reading game review of Gravity Daze on Weekly famitsu. Of course I checked "The Last Guardian" as well. I wanted to say something but I will be killed by someone if I told something about it. So it’s still secret. I can't wait to finish this game because I think it will be compilation of his works so far:)

とそこに、トルネを開発してる西沢さんも。トルネの説明はココで。次のアップデートを準備しているみたいです。なんでしょうね。録画した番組を3DSでも見れるようになるんでしょうか。

And Nishizawa-san who is designer of “torne” came here too. Explanation of torne is here. (Sorry this page is Japanese only) He seems preparing next update of torne. What update will be? I guess, you can watch TV program which was recorded by torne at Nintendo 3DS:)

更に、マーケティングの須貝さんもやって来ました。僕がプレゼントした鳥の置物に夢中な彼は、ハリソン・フォード主演の『アンチャーテッド3』のCM撮影に参加したそうです。あのCMは夢があっていいですよね。『アンチャーテッド3』は遊んだことないけど。

And Sugai-san who belong to marketing department came here. He who is absorbed in ornament I gave was one of the staff who joined shooting TV commercial of "Uncharted3" that Harrison Ford starring in. I like that TV commercial but I have not played the game yet.

ということで、中身の無いSCEツアーは無事終了しました。新しいビルはとてもきれいでしたね。次いく開発会社はどんな建物なんでしょうか。楽しみです。

So, empty SCE tour was end. New building was so clean. I’m looking forward to visiting the next game company.
