『グランド・セフト・オート・バイスシティ』日本版発売決定！ ……の第1報から約2ヵ月。ようやく待望の第2報をお届けするぞ。本作はに前作同様、多彩なクルマが登場するほか、ボートに加えてなんとバイクも初登場!! クルマより加速性能に優れ、クルマが入れないような路地を爆走することも可能になっているのだ。しかしバイクだけに、コケると主人公のトミーはダメージを受けてしまう。正月の暴走族ばりに全開で赤信号突破などをしていると、手痛い仕打ちを受けることがあるので注意したい。
